The Independent Insurance Agents Association of Contra Costa County was founded in 1921 and incorporated on May 17, 1978.  IIAACCC is a long time respected organization that serves the interest of local Independent Agents.  The IIAACCCC is a local affiliate of the Insurance Agents and Brokers of the West (IBA West)....the largest state producer association and leading countrywide voice of the American Agency system.  IBA West supports the leadership of IIAACCC through regular communication on upcoming conferences, classes offered through the Insurance Skills Center and new laws briefings.

In California, IBA West represents more than 2,000 independent businesses, employing more than 12,000 Californians.  These businesses range in size from large national brokerage firms to local main street insurance offices.  It's members are politically active at the local, state and national levels.  They track the progress of issues which impact consumers, agents and brokers.  Members are active in a well-organized grassroots network.

IBA West members of the Contra Costa County Association actively participate and support all of the above efforts.
